Senior executive responsible for the management and coordination of the housekeeping department: financial management, quality standards, daily cleaning operations, laundry and public areas. Leads recruitment and ensures a positive working environment within the department. Text

First point of contact with guests. Greets and seats diners, manages reservations, assists with the cloakroom and supports dining room setup prior to service.Text

Responsible for all aspects related to the presentation and service of food and beverages across any area of the hotel. Leads the food and beverage team, sets schedules, establishes procedures, and coordinates events and special operations.Text

Junior leadership supporting the head housekeeper in coordinating the housekeeping department. Reviews daily cleaning operations, reports incidents, and assists with administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts and liaising with suppliers.Text

Junior executive responsible for managing and coordinating the reception department. Leads, implements and evaluates the quality of products and services, ensuring smooth and productive operations. Text

Provides continuous support to the maître d’ in the restaurant’s daily operations. Closely supervises service, identifies staff needs and proposes improvements within their area of responsibility. Text

Assists and supports the Head of Reception in all duties. Shared financial management, service quality assessment, and maintaining a productive working harmony within the team.Text

Events and entertainment manager at Café Madrid (Marqués House). Seeks potential clients, ensures a minimum number of relevant events, is familiar with the Valencian market and manages an active contact list. Text

Liaison between the guest and the hotel. Manages check-in/check-out, payments, phone and email reservations, internal and external calls, and follows up on complaints until they are resolved. Text

In addition to the duties of a receptionist, they are responsible for any nighttime incidents on the property, verification of charges, the end-of-day closing in SIHOT, and making operational decisions in the absence of superiors.Text

First point of physical contact with the guest. Manages luggage on arrivals and departures, acts as a brand ambassador and consistently delivers a five-star hotel experience. Text

Responsible for ensuring the facilities are in perfect condition. Resolves unexpected issues proactively, maintains constant communication with operational departments and assesses the severity of damages. Text

Greets, seats and serves guests, prepares and clears the dining room, processes payments and manages cash flows. Requires flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays and vacation periods.Text

Responsible for the meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, staff areas, bathrooms and gym, following the hygiene protocols and standards defined by MYR Hotels.Text

Taking orders, preparing and serving drinks, handling cash and inventory control, and cleaning the bar area. Applies innovative mixology techniques and creates a show that attracts and builds customer loyalty. Text

Guides guests in wine selection and pairings. Manages the wine cellar, places orders, controls inventory, and maintains relationships with specialized suppliers, combining front-of-house duties and administrative tasks. Text

Mastery of culinary and pastry techniques, team and budget management, up-to-date knowledge of leading gastronomy, multilingual (Spanish and English essential), and a food handling certificate. Text

Supports the head chef in daily operations. Skilled in mise-en-place, manages the team, accepts and proposes improvements, and ensures quality standards and the set objectives. Text

Knowledge of cooking and pastry techniques, mastery of mise-en-place, versatile across different stations (fish, meats, starters, desserts), and food handling certificate. Text

Operation of machinery and cleaning products appropriate for each surface, prioritization according to workload, versatility across different areas, and food handling certificate. Text
