Much more than a restaurant in the historic center of Valencia, La Perfumería is a tribute to the history of the Hotel Palacio Vallier. During the renovation of the building, remains of a 3rd-century Roman perfumery were discovered, a unique find that inspires the essence of the place.

In 2019, we completed a meticulous full renovation that transformed the palace while respecting its original essence and combining it with a contemporary aesthetic inspired by Valencian Art Deco. The restoration preserved numerous elements of the historic building, while incorporating new artistic ceramics from the Lladró brand, adding a distinctive touch of sophistication to every space.
