“La Perfumería’ pays tribute to the historical past of the building where remains of a Roman perfumery from the third century were discovered at the beginning of the refurbishment of the hotel and restaurant. It is now a dining space where you can explore the flavour and purity of local produce and discover the essence and authenticity of our ingredients.
